Doing business while they party. Why not reach the market of trendsetters in practically every market?

This kind of marketing only works for some marketplaces and products.

If you hope to promote your "SEO services" or "Website design" and such like, you will be very disappointed with results.

But if you are promoting consmer led products, especially ones that are "cool" or "trendy", such as clothes, mobile (cell) phones etc and have a marketing budget that allows you to produce "give-aways" branded t-shirts, branded phone cases, maybe branded jackets as prizes and you have your marketing team highly visible in branded uniforms it can be immensely successful.
However it is NOT something that can be done on the cheapskate or zero budget many of you have for marketing.

As I keep posting, if you have no money or very little money to start with you are NOT going to make much more than that or it will take you a long time.

The dotcom millionaire time was twenty years ago and that has been and gone.

It seems a good idea and really unique in a way to me but it does or will not be possible on a tight budget small businessmen here; As mr christhirst pointed out it needs an unlimited budget to be able to implement this kind of marketing strategy.

I think your right on track i meet plenty of ceo's who needed my services just going clubbing. Establish your self but don't push your business instead talk with them and find out if they are a match for your services.

Nightlife marketing? Sounds interesting, but I am more than certain that you won't find it too easy to just find some interested CEOs and customers in bars and clubs, let alone strike up a sales talk discreetly.
