A few weeks ago I downloaded the ebook "Hack the system with Acts of Creative Rebellion" for my ipad. And one of the things they talked about was using virtual graffiti that they would put onto public buildings and monuments.They did it to stick it to the man,but I think that using this would be a great advertising method to get your company out there or to get your url out there.

I know it has been done before a few times,but it is rare that people advertise like this,and I wanted to give instructions on how to do it.The second link you posted,is proof of how effective this method can be. IDK how much they spent to project it,but 40 million people heard about it. So much money could be made from a website with adsense and a good CTR,and you put a sexy logo with your url on it,then project it onto a building like that.

It's not as "rare" as you think. When we were installing media systems in pubs and nightclubs, we fitted several nightclubs with external projectors and specially cut gobos that put the club name and logo onto the buildings opposite or the pavement (sidewalk) outside

Its rare where I live,I probably should get the equipment and market to local business.lol
I'm actually thinking about putting it on a large sports stadium to advertise one of my websites,but idk if I would get sued.

I'd call in nontraditional.

I really like this. I think 3D, 4D Projection graphics is very exciting, creative and edgy.

this projection mapping is awesome

now this is something rare that turns many heads

Thats neat,but I think Projection Advertising could reach a larger market,if your on a budget. 4 ipad's costs over $2,000,this would only cost about $750 at most.
