Offline Marketing Tycoon

I like to broaden my scope of services, and I am planning to create a marketing plan for a prospective offline client, a Realtor ( if materializes it will be my first project ); anyone here would like to share their marketing plan? Or any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks

not to come off as rude, but are you looking for people to do your business for you? a Marketing plan should of been the first thing you should be working on. If you don't have a plan how do you expect to provide your client with a service you don't even have in place. That's the negative.

Now the positive...you can Google companies that are in your niche and model what they do since you are starting out.

Find out what are there needs ask questions and implement your plan around that.

Contact any CD,s Maker and request him to print your site Site url on the back side of CD,s ...... you can do some commitments about it.

Media,newspapers,magazines,Bit notice,then print your business name and location in balloon and provide free to peoples in rush places.

Have the sense to remove the citation markers [1] first so it isn't so obvious.

Your plan should heavily depend on who you are targeting as clients. For example, for my candy store business, I was targeting the newer generation of clients so I handed out candy and t-shirts instead of business cards.

To create a good marketing plan you need to sit down and evaluate the basics on paper. Are you making a marketing plan for yourself or some other realtor (sorry, but that part has me confused)? Figure out your goals as well as your target audience. Once you’ve done that you should have a better grasp on things.
