They're still there. At the bottom of the home page you'll see a label for random links and there are links rotating to people who wrote a review. I just saw your site when I checked too.

The rotated links are still there. However, if you read the terms in the original post it states:

In return you will get:
1. A rotated text link to your website (no affiliate, casino or adult websites) from the homepage of www.Webmaster-Talk.com for at least 3 months (in the Community Links section). There will be 4 links shown at one time all rotated so your link should show up a lot.

Your permanent link comes from this specific PR5 thread. The rotated links will be changed/removed shortly as the 3 month terms have already expired. I think my offer was more than fair.
