I'm guessin' your questions just wasn't specific enough, or you'da gotten an answer by now. Maybe you should just ask if a particular modification was used.

I personally haven't noticed any real modifications here. To me it looks like it's standard vbulletin with a custom skin.

I use a topic manager i made myself..forums suck...

the parts that looks like sitepoint, may be custom coded, like the marketplace

If you're referring to the Marketplace/Articles/etc, I think it's custom coded.
