lol

I typed the follow:

link:www.earnersforum.com

And it gave 214 backlinks.

I then typed the link in my sig and it gave me 260 backlinks.

I do not have them links. I guess you must have your links on more authority type sites, but then again I have some links on high authority sites.

I personally also think it depends on other factors aswell as how established a site is. The links tend to give more information to direct pages of what a use may be interested in while doing the search in Google by the looks of things. I did read up on it about what them links are for, but totally forgot exactly what they were there for.

The link: tool doesn't report all linkbacks by any means. It's not a tool to use to gauge total links to a site.

I know. The tool has not fully showed the linkbacks for years. I never use it, but checked anyway. Yahoo's is a little more accurate, but then no search engines link back tool is 100% accurate.

Does having a breakout result mean that Google recognizes your site as an established one?
