Any plans to bring it back up?

I think it's because of all the new things at EF. h34r:

illusion, please refrain from using profanity on the forums.

Skribblez, the forums are doing well and picking up steadily. This week was the Affiliate Summit East, so a lot of regular EF members (including myself and Lee) we're in Miami attending the event.

Ken you cant say that it is like it was though. My personal opinion is that the value of the information posted on this forum is much lower than that on other forums. I wont link out as not to upset anyone, but its true.

No one is saying that it was the same as it was last summer when it launched with contests. It has died off but we are all taking steps to improve it.

I actually feel like the forum as a whole has greatly improved since dropping the MySpace section. Would be nice to have more discussions going on, rather than just q&a's with newbies (no offense to the newbies, we love ya'll!)

Not to mention the warm weather we have been having.

when the weather is warm it's nice to be out and about enjoying the weather rather then be sitting in front of a PC. :alien:

Speak for yourself. It's 115 here. I have no choice but to be stuck on the computer all day. Due to global warming, I'm sure more people are stuck inside than in past years.

Hahaha, global warming.

We're actually leaning toward the next ice age, the slight increase of temperature is just part of a normal cycle of the earth. The temperature on Mars also went up on the past 20 years, I'm pretty sure there's noone to start some kind of greenhouse effect due to CFC there. Well, you never know, of course.

And the forums are doing fine, it could be a little bit better but we're picking up the pace since the MySpace forums have been killed.

Slight? So I'm assuming my cousins from Michigan lied when they told me it hit 100 degrees and it's usually 60-70.

I always wondered how they can measure an accurate temperature from hundreds off years ago, but like politics; I rather not get into it.

There seems to always be pages of new post and threads when I visit, so I feel the the forums are doing just fine. Registrations are up by 35% since last month, and the activity seems to be slightly increasing when you look at the numbers.

I'm optimistic and always look at the big picture, so I feel the forums are growing at a steady pace.

Hobbit: We had snow and cold until the beginning of May and we usually start having a nice weather at the beginning of April. And we had only about 2 weeks of hot days since then. And far more rain than I remember having a few years back. Trust me, changes in weather are perfectly normal, nothing to do with the panic some people are trying to create.

Ken: I don't know the exact stats but I noticed a steady increase over the past few weeks. It's great to see that we're picking up the pace. And I know I'm repeating myself by saying that.

That's an excellent method of determining global warming. /Sarcasm

Oh yeah, global warming? Is this why the north texas area hasn't had any days over 95 yet (and more in the 80's) for june? Usually by now we are baking eggs on the hoods of our cars.

i won't get into politics either but the notion we are experiencing something abnormal is goofy if you view the scientific data for the past hundreds of years.

lol, before I posted this thread, there were hardly any latest posts labelled as "yesterday" or "today".

Right now, most of the forums are either yesterday/today.

Looks like good news.
