'benefited' is in the past tense and 'will be' is a future tense so the two should not appear adjacent each other in a sentence.
To follow 'will be' the verb should be ' benefiting' so the statement then becomes wholly in the future tense.
Also 'this' is singular while discussion s is plural, therefore the statement should be
I think i will be benefiting from the discussions here.
or
I think i will be gaining|taking some benefit from the discussions here
