I have a question about available testing framework that works with .NET. It's about functional testing that can be accessed via fixtures and cases. It will be perfect it there are some like TestNG but in .NET world. Thank you in advance!

What about creating unit tests or you can try NUnit (never really tried it though).

I need to run Integration testing in a complex product during build process and Unit testing it's not so useful. I have experience with TestNG and Java project where fixtures in product + test cases written after that are perfect Integration solution but I can't find similar framework for .NET.
