1)Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF) for defining, executing, and managing workflows
2)Windows Presentation Foundation
3)Windows Communication Foundation
4)Windows CardSpace

Framework 3 has come with 4 major utilities.
WWF, WPF, WCF and cardspace. However, asp.net 3.0 still runs under CLR of .NET 2.0.
