I have some dead links in the MSN index, but I can't seem to find a "URL Removal Request" (similar to what Google has. So how can I allow MSNbots to remove them.

I thought the links would have been removed over time, but it has been over two months, and it already indexed my newer "alive" pages.

make sure the pages send a 404 response when requested. Takes 5 or 6 months before they disappear.

Thanks for the timetable chrishirst, didn't think they would take that long.

And my dead pages do send a 404 response.

They stay in the index because the SEs keep indexing the URLs just in case it is a server error and the pages return at some point.
