Hey guys, just wanted your advice, my wife(her 2nd marriage) has got a hotmail account and her ex husband may have been going into her account by using the secret question which i just found out, i just wanted to know if we can ask msn/hotmail to take any actions or is there anyway we can get the ip addresses which were logged into that account, surely someone is breaking into our private stuff.

Forget Hotmail and report this to the police!

Change the security question to your own to something he would not know! Make sure only your wife and you would know the answer to it.

I just checked out hotmail and select a security question from your site of the family and let your wife know. Better yet just make something up from a security question like FIRST PET - answer: big stinky

Change the question, Don't use a real answer (first pets name = uhgfre) and change the password..
