MSN Ranking Loophole

I've seen lots of buzz about this video called MSN Ranking Loophole , it reckons it has a "hack" so that you can rank in top results for competitive results..is this a scam or not ?

this is not my site and i'm not trying to drive sales or anything just interested if people knew about it and if it worked ?

its not just that link , google "msn ranking loophole" adn you'll see loads of reviews etc

None of them have any detail whatsoever, but they all have preposterous claims.

Definite fake. This is clearly a scam. Anybody who spends a dime on this proves what PT Barnum said about "a fool and his money".
