Hi one of my site is getting poor keywrd position in MSN. But am geting good result in Google and Yahoo. What should be the reason? Is there anything special to do for MSN?

MSN likes a website to have lots of links with good anchor text. I don't think you have to worry so much about the quality of the links. Those quality links may have gotten you Google/Yahoo rankings, but I think MSN is more about quantity.
