I have many visits from Live.com last weeks
for example:

Referer: http://search.live.com/results.aspx?...us&FORM=LIVSOP
Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.2; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)

but I can't find none of my sites listed under keyword on live.com

Any ideas?

You should use Google Analytics (www.google.com/analytics) to track your web statistics, you'll be able to compare the results with your server logs.
