Anyone have real success w/ Adsense? If so, what steps did you take?

I'm earning through adsense and selling link. But earning in blog is not easy. You need to create a great content + making it popular through having rankings in search engines will certainly get you the attention of the 'big' people who will visit your blog.. and it will really make the difference between earning little or earning big with ad spaces.

good content and traffic is key. then placement of ad blocks is a major factor as well.

I am earning with Adsense. But my earning are very low.

After one year of hard work i have very good income per month, so use only good content white hat techniques and for sure you will have success with adsense

Good content is really the key to adsense as well as traffic . It requires patience and effort plus to create a blog and makes it popular in order for you to earn from adsense

for Free methode:
create blog,... write good content, submit to directory and article directory, link exchange and apply on google adsense

adsense is something extra, it cant be main source of profits on your site, becouse when you are active and you can get ads for your own then you will earn more

I`ve got several sites and blogs, and I have Adsense on all of them. I like adsense because once it`s set up it`s easy to add new ads on new pages and so on.

On the other side of the coin I don`t think they are overly generous with the amounts they pay out, but I get a payment every two or three months into my bank account so it all helps.

well for adsense it is really hard to get your best income all the time but for it i can suggest you to create more than 1 site if your website gets only organic traffic so that even in case your one site is not able to make money other can help a bit

Use google's keyword tool to find 3 word+ keywords that are relevant to your website and when searched on google the front page has some 0s and 1 PRs but still has high search volume and a good CPC like atleast $1 CPC.

Place the maximum number of Adsense blocks on each page (3) and have them blend in color wise. For long column ads I will sometimes use ads that are text or image - the image ads can dress up your site.

so you CAN make money with adsense on a blog? I'm about to add it and was wondering myself! It's easy to use but doesn't seem to pay much! lol
