Need Info on Co-Register Programs

Hey guys, been a long time since I have posted here but I am in need of some help. I get quite a bit of traffic flowing through my websites now and I am looking for some co-reg programs to offer my users when they sign up.

I don't know a lot about co-reg and my take on it is, affiliates are willing to pay per co-reg sign up. Am I totally wrong on this? If so can somebody please explain it a bit more?

If anybody can give me some more information on this it would be very much appreciated. I am a member of Azoogle, Hydra, CJ and clickbooth so I have about a zillion offers in front of me but may be missing something :P

There are some cpa networks that offer co-reg. Maybe you could take a look at those.

Did you happen to read which cpa networks I am already signed up with? Non of which seem to have co-reg.. If you happen to know which CPA networks offer them, why don't you share what their names are instead of keeping me in the dark still, your post did nothing for me.

Just another example of why this forum is going downhill it seems. All I see now a days is people posting with spam or non helpful comments.

best way to find co-regs:

Go to hydra sign-up with the email submission sponsors and complete the sign-up process. Those sponsors have a ton of co-regs... look at their source code for the CPA company they're working with.
