This site rocks and all pending payments will be taken care of before you take over the site. The site is paid in full until dec 4th of this year. Then it is bux site so it is $25 monthly or you can move it once the hosting is ran out. You just have to ask buxhost.com to move it to your hosting. But they won't until dec 4th because it is paid for until then. All members are happy. You can see the forum for proofs of payment. If you have questions just ask me.
So far I have made almost $1000 from this site. This is GOOD money for only having 3000 members on it. I get about 25-90 daily from this site sometimes more. Just depends on who needs what. In the past week I have made almost $200. That is like full time job but from home.
The traffic counter starts over every night at midnight. But most of time get from 8k-18k hits daily from all counties.
