I have gone through the website and it really needs a lot of on page as well as off-page optimization to to get the desired outcome. I have More than one year experience in SEO/SEM for three hosting firms 2 from UK and One from US.they are all ranking in top 10 SERP's for all competitive keywords in the market like web hosting uk, uk domain names etc.
If we start from now I can assure you a good page rank and good keyword positions in Google SERP's.SEO is a very long process and need regular and accurate work to be done in order to get high PR for the website.
Websites that I have been working on have PR6 and PR8 within last 8 to 10 months.
