Marketing/SEO Partner Greatly Needed

Currently, we are in need of a market/seo partner that will be able to handle the promotion of a paid to forum. The forum has an extremely great program, and basically is a place for everyone to talk about their day to day lives, news, entertainment, etc. I currently already have one. You would receive 10% of the revenue earned from the site. I am asking that you also keep increases in traffic. If you have scripts that you use and need installed I have no problem doing so. I can do marketing for your site.But I am only interested to do it for some fixed rate and not on commission bases.
