Have noted that here are a lot of SEO experts with different techniques.
I am asking myself if there is anybody who wants to bring my new site - against payment - to perfect results in terms of

- search engine ranking (google, yahoo, .....)
- PR
- traffic.

Every month a couple of hours would be needed.

long term coop would be needed.
