No true SEO expert would help you in either case for two reasons:
1) Guaranteeing ranking is impossible, given the variance among Google servers.

There are enough reasons why at various points on this board, and anyone who would tell you otherwise is lying, pure and simple.
2) Google tends to have some distaste for thin affiliate sites, as they don't really have a great deal of content and quite often offer a shopping bias toward their affiliates (as yours does.) These sites also become difficult to promote via other means as well.
My advice to you, and you'll find that most of the respected members on this board feel the same way, is to build a user-friendly site first, and one that offers original content that actually helps people. A lot of the elements of good design and development also are reflected in Google's results.
