I'm not interested in your offer, but merely in pointing out some real SEO experts who know why your idea of separating the experts from the "general providers" is a bad idea (and that anyone who thinks they're an Expert really doesn't know bugger all).
1) Rank checking is a worthless exercise that establishes nothing.
2) The keywords you picked as examples are generic keywords, and in at least one case (music) is a keyword that likely won't result in converting traffic because it's too generic.
3) The slow and steady rise of longtail phrases indicates that SEO will continue to make a shift more toward design and good content than simply "optimizing for keywords".
4) Anyone who has ever "optimized" for terms like that and seen converting traffic for them will, in all likelihood, be gainfully employed and paid well by a company that is probably going great guns with their online business.
Check out Irina over at Spider Friendly. If she's available, she'll help you out by providing you with something no Expert you're looking for ever could...an increase in traffic and sales.
Chris Hirst on this board, and maybe a few others (vangogh for example, if he's available) might help you as well.
