You would need to check with the manufacturer. It depends on under what license they got their images and what intellectual property rights they have over the specs.
The copyright of a photo always remains with the photographer. When a photographer takes photos he issues a license for how they can be used. It may be that the manufacturer does have the right to allow you to use those images. It might be (less likely) that you have to find the photographer and buy your own license to use the images.
As for the specs, as a manufacturer, I'd be very surprised if it wasn't as easy as just copying them. But best to check.
