Hello,

I am new to the business and recently signed up with ClickBank. I plan on promoting their products as an affiliate.

When I click on my account settings, there is a notice that I need to supply an EIN.

This leads me to two questions: When applying for a EIN, should I say I am a sole-proprietor? Or, since I plan on earning a fulltime income promoting products, should I incorporate?

Form an LLC, I wrote a How-To on Forming an LLC

Its probably the best legal entity to form for an online business. (In my opinion)

Oh, be careful if you file the SS-4 form online, I made a mistake and had to file another form to fix it.
