The rights you have depend on what the original author/seller has granted you.
Master Resell Rights - With these rights you have the ability to sell resell rights to others.
Resell Rights - You simply have the right to resell the product. Usually, this does not include the right to sell resell rights.
Private Label Rights - This is usually a product that come with the original source code ... ,doc, .psd, software code, etc ... whatever was used to create the product. Private Label Rights (PLR) gives you the right to do "practically" anythin you want with the product. Change the document, change the software, graphics, etc... You have the ability to make it into your own product.
