if you could sue a search engine for a current grievance, what would it be?

me? I'd sue Google for slow *** customer support
on a lighter note, i'd sue them because they ruined a business plan of mine for a niche website by saying that sites found to be selling links can lose the ability to give PR...
it woulda been a killer bsns too.

now, though, i find SEOMoz telling Matt Cutts he's arrogant for trying to tell webmasters how their markup should be (i.e. use nofollow for paid links). he says nofollow was developed for another purpose, and not to limit internet capitalism.

Personally, my problem with google's position on paid links isn't so much the what but the how. namely, their methods are hypocritical, because the weigh paid yahoo listings highly...
