I am currently incorporated as an LP in Texas. I am in the process of forming an additional Limited Partnership along with an LLC that will manage the new LP. How about you?

LLC here in Florida. Plan to change it to a Texas company since I am moving to Austin soon.

I'm in Australia and it's a bit different. I have a private limited company which is the trustee of a trust which owns the site.

I'm currently an S-Corp here in FL. I think it has been a year now. I know I celebrated big last 4th for it. Sadly, this year not so big. Payed way too much in fireworks last year.
