Hello all . . .
Is there anyway to create an effect like:
http://www.doknowevil.net/litebox/

that I can use for content and images. I am wanting to impliment into my site some links of information that will just create this smooth popup litebox, but I want to be able to use some HTML in it as well to add text information.

Thanks in advance.

Any clue if this one can be used as a popup like the one in the example I cited?

Thanks for the link, by the way!

I guess my follow-up question was not as specific as it should have been . . . Sorry for that . I think what I meant to ask was, Is there a way to animate the openening of the box like in the link I referenced above?

Thanks again for your help here!

The animation of that litebox is IN the litebox script.
The animated lightbox script and examples are here:

I'm using lightbox 2 for a website for a plastic surgeon, it's very cool, and very easy to set up.

There are several more options with ThickBox:

Okay . . . I am trying to use thickbox (which looks great by the way) Thanks for the recommendation . . .

However, I cannot seem to get it to work...

Could someone please look at my sites page www.alillywilson.com/work.html and let me know what I may be doing wrong . . . It is the link in the Shorts section of the page.

Sorry for the all caps, but I really wanted to express that. This little script is sweet.
