I am trying to show the first couple of results from the following rss feed on my website home page:

My site is coded in .asp and i am having trouble showing the rss on the page. I tried using a cut 'n' paste Javascript RSS feed - where a third party hosted the feed and generated the code for me - but their server went down and as a result my homepage would not load. So i would obviously like to avoid using third party sites if possible.

All help is appreciated - but my knowledge of coding is relatively basic - even more so when it comes to javascript so be gentle with me!!
