You can prevent people right clicking on your page when they're using IE with some code, but obviously pressing Ctrl + C or going to edit at the top of the browser will also let them copy the information. And then there's good old fashioned typing it out copying.
The best bet is to place a copyright notice at the bottom of everypage.This shows that the page is your own copyright and people aren't allowed to cop any information from it.
There really is no way to stop people copying your stuff though, and I don't think there ever will be, unless you want to place a password to access the site, therefore blocking it from view of people who you don't trust
