Why try to circumvent something that's put in place to stop these annoyences? People don't want to see popups or pupunders so they use software to block them. There's no point in trying to get round them cos
a) Someone will just ignore the window and close it anyway if it does pop up
b) Google/etc will update their software and render your code useless.
You don't need to use popups and popunders. If it's for advertising, take it elsewhere - put an ad in yellow pages or something. The web is for people to find info, not have products they don't need forced upon them.
If it's a legitimate use, make it respond to something such as clicking a link. That way the user will be expecting it and will be more likely to notice their popup blocker warning and turn it off if they want to see the content.
