i put some nice mouse over effects in my web site, one picture turns to another picture of a different colour, yes yuove all seen it and stared in wonder,

its all going swimmingly EXCEPT internet explorer persistently throws up the yellow warning bar at the top of the page when it loads, giving the warning about activex (etc) scripts....vecause of the 'pre-load' command i assume...


this is obviously the LAST thing i want happening on my website.


so two questions:

1) can i stop this happening and still use java (part b-is it just me?)
2) if i cant stop this happening, can i get the same effect without java?
