i guess in theory..i want to have a list of drop down boxes.. once i select the first value for the first drop down menu..i want the rest of the drop down boxes to have unique values dependant on the first selected drop down item.

i have a list of addresses for a company and their branch offices... i want to be able to choose a street address in one field..and then it auto populate the rest of the fields to match the selected address.

so if i choose a street name..then it automatically fills in the state, and cooresponding zip code for that particular address

Where is the actual data stored, in a database? Or are you going to hard-code it into the page?

It's fairly easy to do what you want to do, just post up an example of the form fields involved.
