I don't know if this will help, but I used this form http://www.pdncommunity.com/pdn/boar...id=1&jump=true when creating a paypal form for a client ( http://www.riordanlawoffices.com/payments.html - still under construction). It has worked out pretty well, although now I'm struggling with the validation. Hope it helps!
