I used cgiemail and made a form that allows potential people to schedule an appointment, but I need to validate the email address that people enter.

I see that there are quite a few scripts out there but some are better than others. Do you have a suggestion for a script, or a good way to validate?

Works great plus uses captcha to prevent spam and strips code if it is ever sent by the user for security.

I like it a lot and would like to try it, but have never done anything using php.

Can the form be embedded into the html/css contact page that I already have? Will it work with cgiemail or does it use it's own scripts?

I am totally new to php. Can I have a html/css website with one php page?
