I need to make a horizontal top menu with two rows. The top row will be the master menu, and the bottom row will be for submenus. When you mouse over any of the entries on the top menu, they should make the corresponding submenu appear. When you click any of the top items they should make the menu appear as well. The difference would be if you click it, it would change what submenu it defaults to.

I.e. when you first go to the site, there is no submenu. Then when you click "products", it shows the subitems like "Widgetron 3000" and "Gizmatic 2.0". When you mouse over "about", the submenu would change to show the "history" and "commitment" pages but as soon as you moused off, it would default to the "products" submenu because that was the last master item you clicked.

I attached an example of the basic visual appearance.

Looks pretty good. The only question is why is the selection stuck on the middle item in the bottom two?
