IE Browser problem

Need help to all, i have problem to run my script in IE. I have create the upload script like in http://www.bezzer.de/touris/upload/ in Mosilla Firefox is working but in IE is not working please help me how to solve this problem?

exactly what does "not working" mean?

and last but not least, you cannot upload files using javascript only.

thank for the answer, that mean just the function upload using javascript with the text (upload) and chose the file locally that not working in IE but in mosila firefox is working. In general is using form input text type file and come browse button for chose file locally automaticly in my web will be using TEXT link for chose file locally that want uploaded http://www.bezzer.de/touris/upload/
