how would i send a form to a php file(process.php) without having to reload the entire page?

I've seen it done, such as the quickpost feature on webmaster-talk.com and i want to know how to do it.

Any methods will be greatly appreciated.

andyp - I would recommend using a JS framework to do you AJAX work. My favorite is jQuery, and you can find some great tutorials on how to do it around the web. Here are a few of my favorites:

SitePoint Easy AJAX with jQuery
IBM Tutorial on AJAX with jQuery

And make sure you check out the documentation here: Doc
