Iframes - manipulating the loaded page

Hi,

I have a page tha contains an iframe, the page that is loaded in, has a lot of white space around the content. I want to move the upper left corner of the loaded page from 0,0 to lets say 200,200. I have tried to use moveTo, and css positioning. the loaded page will not respond to either. I would proved the code used but I stripped it all out.

any suggestions?
