Hello,

I really want to implement something using Javascript on my Web page.

Each page of my site is divided into two. There is a left side and a right side.

I want to add a script using "onmouseover" or something similar, where a user could hold his/her mouse over a link on the left hand side of the page, and the right hand side would show different content, relative to the link chosen. The link could either be held over, or clicked on to activate, it doesn't matter. Even if the mouse was taken off the link, the right hand side would stay until a different link is chosen. That way, somebody could hold a link over a name of a vendor, and the right hand side would include a picture, description, etc.

I've seen this done many times, but I'm having trouble finding an example! Any help would be appreciated. If you have a script you are willing to sell, let me know and we could work something out.

Hello,

Have you ever heard of W3Schools.com ? They offer free tutorials on HTML, XHTML and JAVASCRIPT. It's an awesome website as you do not need to register. W3Schools is where I learned how to write javascript code.

You can even learn in just a few minutes what you're trying to do on that website.

If you don't want to spend the time on that site, then how about the following sites.

http://www.scripts.com/
http://www.scriptsearch.com/
http://www.javascriptcity.com
http://www.hotscripts.com
http://www.freescripts.com/

Hope this helps
