My question is ,in this Add URL form ,anyone can enter any unaccurate data

So,now I want to know script code to prevent such spam data

& second thing ,I want to know that how can I set my other mail ID to get Add URL Request which will enter by this ADD URL form

This should be done server side not with javascript.

So before we can offer advice we need to see the code that drives the data collection.
