error message in psp7

I can't do any text on my tags...I get an error application message..and it closes down my psp..the error message reads as this: The instruction at "0x7c9122b9" referenced memory at "0xfffffff" The memory could not be read...I've never gotten that error message before..I was doing a watermark at the time of this message...thanks

Hi,
Have you installed a new font recently, if you have, remove the font and see what happens. If removing the font does not help, try Willy's reset - it is the same for all versions.

It happens with me when I am using some fonts. Only the basic fonts now work properly in my PSP 7. I don't know how to fix it myself.
