Oh man i just fninished writing the post and than i deleted it accedently
well what i said iss that the website (link) above looks good! i saw some nice tutorials there! and making sigs is just a process of taking many pics and mixing them together to form, a sig you just have to add some effects and ur done. hope this helps,

Yes you can actually make them on jasc paint shop pro. I have been using this feature since years and actually its one of the addictive graphic.

There are many tutorials available on the net for beginners & experts. Paint shop pro is a very easy tool which lets you put your imagination on your graphic in a very easy manner. Psp offers you lot of tubes for your easy creation and on the web also you can find lot of free tubes to use in your signature. You just have to mix & match, add the effects and its done.
