I am having a problem when applying frames to images where PSP gets an error & freezes, then closes.
Next time I go to use that frame folder the image titles have doubled or quadrupled & keep multiplying each time it freezes.
When I go to the same folder in Windows the extra frame double ups don't show, nor do they show by just entering the folders in PSP alone, only when I go to apply the frames to an image do they show up in the box as multiples.

I've managed to get rid of them by creating a new folder & transferring the frames to the new folder.

Is there a way to stop this occurring ? or is it a fault in Windows causing it ?.

I have just upgraded my Zone Alarm freeware firewall, but I have had this problem last year sometime also, & can't remember if software upgrade caused it,
I think it may have been MS Security last time & I had to uninstall it.

If anyone has any idea what could cause this to happen I'd be very grateful,

Hi Yvonne,

You need to delete Paint Shop Pro 7's cache and all should be well.
