Plugins Aren't Working

Talkupation: katybug is on a distinguished road
Well, everytime I try to use a plugin this comes up:

Paint Shop Pro was unable to load the requested plug-in filter. The plug-in may not be installed properly or may be missing files.

Any ideas on what could fix it?
