Hello again, this time i want to know how to make transitional effect on this picture:
See how beach transitions to picture with guy and blue sky? I want to know how to make that transition, but without spotlight because it is irrelevant here.
Basically, all that is, is joining two layers (then applying some effect to the layer, which I forget, but it's pretty easy) in either photoshop or gimp. In simple terms, load each photo you want to 'join' on a separate layer, then goto to the layer effects and start trying each of the effects.
Btw, here is a tutorial to accomplish something like you want, should get you to your original idea though.
Thanks for YouTube video, but he shows how to do it in Photo Shop and i have Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9. I would like to know how to do same thing in my software.
Here's an excellent link with a bunch tutorials on the page, maybe the "Fading to Background" or "Feathering a Selection." I think I have some other tutorials but I am not sure, I would need to look.
Here are three more links, the reason, each Author has their own idea of creating a particular tutorial, some are easier, some use different tools. Sometimes I will use 2-3 different tutorials for one project.
