Hiya - I've been on the pc since at least 3 o clock. I've got my psp8 workin and I'm tryin to expand some text for a lyout I'm makin - but the trouble is I've got a picture selecting tool type thingey (where you can change the size of the text and drag it about) instead of a text selecting tool (where it flashes around the text, basically an outline) I got the program today and yes I've used it before so I know how to outline text but it is the wrong selecting tool so If I go to modify it just makes the text fill black and not have a black outline. Sorry if you dont get what I mean but if you reply I'll explain it in more detail. THanx so much! (sorry its long) ME XX

To modify text in PSP (what you call a text-selection tool), you must do it in the text-editing box after selecting the text from the layer palette or by double-clicking directly on the text layer on the PSP image. Any changes to the text itself, font, color, etc can be done when that text is in that dialog.
