I have Paint Shop Pro 9, and I've had it for a few years now; I usually don't have problems with it but it often will freeze when I try to open something or click the pan tool. I've learned to save often so usually it's not too big a deal, but this time it is.
I tried to open something and it performed its little freezing spiel before I managed to save something important. Like always when that happens, I took a screenshot of my work so I could work from there when I restarted PSP, and though PSP has giving me an error and said it has closed, the window is still open (but obviously frozen). It's been about two, three hours since the freeze, and it's still there. The issue is that while PSP is still "open," I can't paste my screenshot into Paint or anything else - that too will freeze. My question is, is there a way to completely close PSP without restarting my computer? Restarting will result in me losing my copied work, and that will leave me very pissed. Any suggestions?
