PSP 8 Watermarking how

I own psp 8 and would like to know how to watermake with it.
can it be done with out paying someone for it.
or is there a free watermarking programe out there some were.
Or maybe another graphics programe like maybe Adobe that you can do it with, without paying out money.

By Watermarking are you referring to a small image on the bottom corner on low opacity? Or are you referring to a layer that says "watermark" in text to prevent ripping?

You can do that by sticking a transparent gif over the actual picture on your page.

Do you mean sticking the picture in a table an then laying transparent gif over it. if so, i do know that one.

What im looking for thow is for when i have a link to thumb nail
to show large picture, be cause i dont know how change the new window or target=_blank as you may know it. lol me dum
and im useing frontpage 2000 as well, and i don't think you can do it with that. Maybe you can inlighten on it.
